Catalytic flue gas purification system Atmosa

With our extensive expertise in engineering services and our proprietary technology in the field of flue gas purification, we are able to offer technically innovative solutions tailored to the needs of our customers. A recent example of this is our project for Atmosa Petrochemie GmbH, in which we constructed a catalytic flue gas purification system (KARA) for a phthalic anhydride production plant.
Our experienced team worked closely with the customer to develop a customized solution to meet the specific requirements of the plant. By using our innovative technology, we were able to plan and successfully commission an effective and efficient flue gas purification system. The project, which had a tight schedule and a customer-defined start-up of the flue gas purification system during the annual
production plant shutdown, was completed on time and within budget. This project helped the customer achieve their environmental goals and significantly reduce operating costs and emissions.

Scope of services: process design, basic and detail engineering, CFD simulation, delivery, installation and commissioning, trial operation, training, and documentation of a catalytic flue gas purification system (KARA) for a phthalic anhydride production plant.
