Supply of a residential complex with 191 housing units – BUWOG Meischlgasse

The residential complex at Meischlgasse 15, owned by BUWOG, is supplied with heat in the boiler room via the “primary” district heating network (145 degrees Celsius) of Wien Energie.

The “primary energy” from Wien Energie is converted into usable “secondary energy” (80 degrees Celsius) for the residential complex through a heat exchanger, which is then directly fed as heating water into the radiator heating circuit or indirectly supplied through additional heat exchangers to the connected supermarket and the hot water heating system.

Scope of services by INTEGRAL: Operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the heating plant for the direct supply of heat to the residential units.
