Declaration on the duty to imform

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” –

and its affiliated companies, which currently include INTEGRAL Montage and Anlagentechnik GmbH, INTEGRAL Gebäudetechnik GmbH, Unistahl Bau- und Rohrleitungsbau GmbH and INTEGRAL Engineering und Umwelttechnik GmbH,

as “controllers” in accordance with Art 4 (7) GDPR, declare that all data processing is carried out exclusively in compliance with legal provisions and provide information on the essential aspects of the data processing carried out with this privacy policy in accordance with Art 13 GDPR.

2. Processing Framework

For the purpose of conducting the application process, the following types of data will be collected and stored for 6 + 1 months from the time of an unsuccessful application process, unless we have expressly agreed to a longer retention of your data for future consideration in this longer retention period. After a successful application process, the data collected during the application process will be retained for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in any case for as long as require by legal retention obligations and/or potential claims have not yet expired:

  • • Contact details (name including title, address, etc.)
  • • Data from the resume, cover letter, etc.
  • • Any data you have voluntarily provided during the application process including correspondence, etc.


For the purpose of contract processing
, the following types of data will be collected and stored:

  • • Contact details (name, address, etc.)
  • • Contract data (type of contract, invoice data, etc.
  • • Bank data (bank details, etc.)
  • • Reminder/litigation data

The processed data is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, as well as for the fulfillment of legal obligations by the controllers and from their legitimate interests. Without providing this data, the conclusion or fulfillment of the contract by the controllers is not possible.

All data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the contractual relationship, but in any case until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years) and the expiration of all limitation periods for claims and enrichment claims (3 or 30 years).

The data processing is carried out on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:

  • Conducting an application process (Art. 6 para 1 lit f GDPR) and the necessity to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para 1 lit b GDPR)
  • Fulfillment/execution of the existing contractual relationship (Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR)
  • Fulfillment of tax and duty obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit c, lit f GDPR)
  • Functioning of the internal accounting system (Art. 6 para. 1 lit c, lit f GDPR
  • Indemnification and defense from claims arising from the contractual relationship (Art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR)
  • Ensuring the secure operation of IT systems and applications to guarantee proper contract fulfillment with customers/suppliers/insurers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR)

Regarding the processing based on the legitimate interests of the controllers, reference is expressly made to the existing right to object (see 4.).


3. Data Disclosure

Transfer of data within the group company to third parties may be necessary based on the legal grounds specified in point 2 and for the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned there. In these cases, data will be transferred to the following categories of recipients:


For the purpose of conducting the application process:

  • Only those persons within the company/group who are involved in the specific application process (management, HR department, head of the internal department, the position to be filled)
  • External IT service providers
For the purpose of contract fulfillment:
  • Customers/Suppliers
  • Tax/legal representatives
  • Debt collection agencies
  • Banks
  • Companies that are directly or indirectly affiliated with the controllers
  • External service providers (IT system administrators, etc.)
  • Courts/Administrative authorities/Tax authorities

The controllers have concluded contracts for order data processing with third-party service providers who process personal data on behalf of the controllers.


4. Data Subject Rights

According to legal provisions, data subjects have the right to obtain information, as well as the right of rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection, rights which can be asserted against the controllers or the data protection officer. If data processing violates data protection laws or otherwise infringes data protection rights, there is the possibility to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.


5. Google Analytics

This website uses the service “Google Analytics,” provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyze the website usage by users. The service uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of users is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening removes the personal reference of your IP address. As part of the data processing agreement, which website operators have concluded with Google Inc., Google creates an evaluation of website usage and website activity using the collected information and provides services related to internet usage. You have the option to prevent the storage of cookies on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It cannot be guaranteed that you will have unrestricted access to all functions of this website if your browser does not allow cookies.
